Job summary

Home Credit in the Philippines is seeking an IT Senior Business Analyst to align business strategy with IT initiatives. You will work with stakeholders to understand processes, risks, and roadmaps, and translate requirements into technical design and user stories.

You will collaborate with UX and development teams, create workflows and models, and ensure timely delivery across projects while supporting planning and reporting functions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional IT implementation experience.
• Experience in Agile environments.
• Experience in API integration.
• Experience in SQL.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and UML (use case, BPMN, sequence, data modeling).
• Familiarity with software design patterns, SOA, SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Understand and obtain in-depth knowledge of Home Credit system and architecture landscape.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Elicit, formalize, and validate functional and non-functional requirements and document them as user stories or other artifacts.
• Participate in designing functionality with the UX Designer and development team.
• Construct workflows, business models, and sequence diagrams.
• Collaborate with the development team and provide timely support on requirements, roadmap, and stakeholder priorities.
