Job summary

HP is seeking a Commercial Inside Account Executive who speaks Portuguese to own end-to-end account strategy for medium business customers. You will expand share-of-wallet by closing opportunities with new logos, retention, and development mid-sized accounts, driving sales in Personal Systems and Managed Device Services.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage executives, manage pipeline growth, and coordinate resources to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Fluent Portuguese is required.
• A good command of English is required.
• Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.
• Experience working with medium business accounts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the end-to-end account strategy.
• Expand share-of-wallet (SoW) by developing/closing opportunities with acquisition (new logos), retention, & development mid-sized accounts.
• Drive sales in Personal Systems and Managed Device Services and expand services within the account.
• Maintain and execute comprehensive account strategies.
• Identify & Connect customer strategy, key initiatives & HP offering to build outcome-based sales and substantiating business case aligned to customer key initiatives.
• Engage with executives and build strong customer relationships.
• Manage pipeline growth and ensure customer retention.
• Coordinate with various internal departments to align resources with client needs.
