Job summary

HP is seeking a Medium Business Inside Sales Manager fluent in Spanish and Portuguese to lead a team of inside sales professionals, drive end-to-end account strategies, and achieve quotas for medium business accounts. You will coach, mentor, and align with channel partners to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.

You will influence sales coverage, pipeline management, and customer retention while leveraging CRM tools and data-driven insights to guide decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, not required.
• Fluent Portuguese and Spanish required; English proficiency also required.
• Proven experience in sales or account management for medium business accounts.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes and strategies.
• Experience with medium business accounts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 10–15 Inside Account Executives to drive sales effectiveness and quotas.
• Develop targeted business plans and allocate resources to meet sales and margin goals.
• Manage opportunities, qualification, and hunting for new logos in target accounts.
• Develop budget plans and allocate inside sales resources based on market trends and forecasts.
• Retain and grow existing customers; pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities (PC++ products).
• Build relationships with channel teams to enable alliance for successful implementations.
• Coordinate with customer support to ensure a seamless experience for customers.
