Job summary

HP in Spain is seeking a Commercial Inside Account Executive who will own the end-to-end account strategy for medium business accounts. You will build relationships, manage acquisition opportunities, and coordinate with inside teams to grow the account.

Fluent in Catalan and Spanish with a good command of English, you will lead cross-functional collaboration, drive outcome-based selling, and expand HP's services within assigned accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Fluent Catalan & Spanish required.
• Good command of English required.
• Proven experience in sales, account management, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.
• Experience with medium business accounts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the end-to-end account strategy.
• Expand share-of-wallet by developing/closing opportunities with acquisition (new logos), retention, & development mid-sized accounts.
• Drive sales in Personal Systems and Managed Device Services and expand services within the account.
• Maintain and execute comprehensive account strategies.
• Identify & connect customer strategy, key initiatives & HP offerings to build value propositions.
• Engage with executives and build strong customer relationships.
• Manage pipeline growth and ensure customer retention.
• Coordinate with internal departments to align resources with client needs.
