Job summary

HP, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Inside Account Executive who speaks German to own end-to-end account strategy for medium business accounts. You will build relationships, manage opportunities, and collaborate with inside resources to grow the account.

The role emphasizes German fluency, English proficiency, and a track record in sales, with exposure to IT services and HP's outcome-based sales offerings. Travel up to 25% in Spain and related regions; relocation is possible.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Fluent German is required.
A good command of English is required.
Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related role.
Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.
Experience working with medium business accounts is preferred.

Responsibilities

Own and execute the end-to-end account strategy.
Expand share-of-wallet by developing/closing opportunities with acquisition, retention, & development mid-sized accounts.
Drive sales in Personal Systems and Managed Device Services and expand services within the account.
Maintain and execute comprehensive account strategies.
Identify & Connect customer strategy, key initiatives & HP offering to build outcome-based sales and substantiating business case aligned to customer key initiatives
Engage with executives and build strong customer relationships.
Manage pipeline growth and ensure customer retention.
Coordinate with various internal departments to align resources with client needs.
