Job summary

Infinit-O Group in Pasay, Philippines is seeking an Operations Analyst – Portfolio Reporting to support client account reconciliation across custodial and alternative investment accounts using our proprietary software. You’ll work with the Implementation and Global Access teams to understand client portfolios and ensure timely deliverables.

Requirements include a BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Mathematics, internship experience preferred, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Mathematics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Internship experience preferred.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile client accounts against custodial statements of record for securities.
• Perform daily and monthly reconciliations across custodial and alternative accounts.
• Collaborate with Implementation and Global Access teams to understand client portfolios.
• Maintain documentation and resolve client issues and questions by email or phone.
