Job summary

Infinit-O Group is seeking a fund accounting professional in Metro Manila to empower finance and healthcare organizations through precise accounting and reporting. You will manage trade allocations, calculate fees, and perform daily reconciliations while collaborating with accounting teams on system implementations.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred) with 2–3 years of fund accounting experience and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• 2–3 years end-to-end fund accounting experience.
• Experience with QuickBooks and Bloomberg preferred.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, able to work independently.
• Excellent time and task management; handle high-volume activity.

Responsibilities

• Manage trade holdings allocations and track trades via Bloomberg.
• Calculate management and incentive fees.
• Booking entries in OMS/PMS.
• Perform daily cash, position, and trade reconciliations.
• Assist with data analytics and reporting tasks.
• Support year-end audit processes and tax review.
