Job summary

Infinit-O is seeking a Portfolio Operations Specialist to support trading, investment and reporting activities, ensuring scalable workflows and high-quality client service for internal and external relationships.

You will handle reconciliation and reporting tasks—cash, positions, NAV, performance and returns—while mentoring Associates and implementing process improvements. A Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting and at least 2 years in a multinational or banking setting are required.

Qualifications

• The candidate should understand general fund accounting.
• Valuation of financial products including equities, fixed income, options, swaps, futures and forwards.
• Excellent English communication, both written and oral.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver quality output.
• Well organized with strong multi-tasking and prioritization.
• Proactive, team-oriented with familiarity with SLAs and metrics.
• Proficient in basic to intermediate Excel formulas.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and complete assigned deliverables within set timeframes.
• Communicate with onshore counterparts, custodians, brokers, administrators and regulators to query and resolve issues.
• Review and maintain output quality by associates.
• Onboard and train associates; support development.
• Mentor and provide guidance to team members.
• Assist in process understanding and updates; support process improvements.
• Collaborate with team leads on process improvements and efficiency projects.
• Ensure processes and documentation are up to date.
• Serve as back-up resource when needed.
