2+ years experience in a multinational company or banking is a plus.
Strong written and spoken English; attention to detail essential.

Responsibilities

Prepare, review and complete deliverables within the allocated time.
Communicate with onshore counterparts, custodians, brokers, administrators and regulators to query and resolve issues.
Review and maintain output quality produced by Associates.
Onboard, train and develop Associates; act as a mentor.
Ensure Associates understand all team processes, including new ones.
Collaborate on process improvements and project work to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Approve requests within the authority level set by the team lead.
Contribute to self-development and continuous learning for the role.
Assist in utilization and resource planning of the team.
Maintain and update process documentation and manuals.
Serve as back-up resource when the team is short-staffed.
