Job summary

Infinit-O in the Philippines seeks a Fund Operations professional to execute day-to-day operations, handle complex data processing, and produce portfolio reporting across alternative investment products.

You will manage reconciliations, support valuation and fund accounting cycles, and assist with regulatory reporting. The role interfaces with OMS, IBOR, Enfusion, and fund administrators in a hybrid work setup (2–4 times a month).

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in alternative investments operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related quantitative field.
• Advanced Excel skills with financial modeling and large data handling.
• Knowledge of OMS, IBOR or fund accounting platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day fund operations and complex data processing.
• Prepare portfolio reporting across registered and private funds.
• Manage end-to-end reconciliations: positions, transactions, valuations, cash movements.
• Support valuation inputs and corporate accounting cycles.
• Assist with pre-trade compliance data inputs and portfolio tests.
• Coordinate with fund administrators and internal accounting on close and reporting.
