Job summary

Infinit-O in Metro Manila seeks a detail-oriented Operations/Data Analyst to perform daily reviews of active accounts, monitor dashboards, and deliver timely checks within SLA expectations. You will coordinate with onshore and offshore teams, and support onboarding and analysis requests.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Financial Management or related fields, understands financial instruments, and is proficient in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Financial Management, Banking & Finance, or related fields.
• Strong communication and client service skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; Excel pivot, lookups, and formulas.
• 1–3 years in the financial industry preferred.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work within SLA.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Daily review of active/pipeline accounts.
• Monitor dashboards and reports.
• Provide updates on designated checks.
• Update various reports periodically.
