Job summary

HRTx Inc. in Makati, Philippines, seeks a Portfolio & Governance Manager to lead IT portfolio management and governance ensuring investments and projects align with organizational priorities.

You will drive reporting, dashboards, and insights, monitor budgets and risks, and coordinate across IT, Finance, Risk, Audit, and Procurement teams to foster continuous governance improvements.

Job Summary

Leads IT portfolio management and governance activities to ensure technology investments, projects, risks, resources, and initiatives are aligned with organizational priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in IT governance, PMO, portfolio management, or technology management.
• Strong knowledge of IT governance and project management practices.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, stakeholder-management, and communication skills.
• PMP, ITIL, COBIT, or similar certification is an advantage.
