Archipelago Philippines Ferries is seeking a logistics-minded sales support professional to join our Institutional Accounts team. You will follow up and collate client requirements, handle inquiries, and help implement pricing structures, discounts, and promotional fares for our corridor services.

Requirements include a high school graduate, 1–2 years in sales support or similar roles, and willingness to relocate to Basilan, Bulalacao, Caticlan, Dumangas or Banago.

Qualifications

• At least a high school graduate/Senior High School
• At least 1-2 years of practical experience in sales support, coordination or similar role
• Preferably with experience in shipping/port operation industry as caller
• Attentive to details
• Willing to relocate if needed
• Can start immediately
• Must be willing to relocate to Basilan/Bulalacao/Caticlan/Dumangas/Banago

Responsibilities

• Follows up and collates clients requirements for institutional accounts.
• Handles call and inquiries of Institutional Accounts.
• Ensure proper implementation of pricing structures, discounts, and promotional fares
• Collates and prepares daily weekly and annual Institutional account monitoring of the specific corridor.
• Communicates regularly to all ports for monitoring institutional accounts and other purposes.
