Job summary

Subic Bay Freeport Grain Terminal Services Inc. is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee daily security operations at Bauan, Batangas. You will manage internal security and contracted guards, ensure compliance with ISPS levels, and report to the Security Manager and Terminal Manager.

The role requires a bachelor's degree, 2–3 years' related experience as safety officer, and a valid security license with emergency response and first aid training. Immediate start preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily operations of internal security and third‑party guards; reports to PFSO, Security Manager and Terminal Manager.
• Directs, schedules and monitors guards during shifts; ensures proper post inspections.
• Consolidates security reports and incident logs; submits trimestral and year‑end reports.
• Creates and updates the Security Plan; conducts regular security assessments and audits.
• Maintains ISPS security level measures and coordinates responses to threats and incidents.

• Supervises the daily operations of the internal security and third-party security force to protect personnel, assets, and property within the facility. Reports to the PFSO, Security Manager and Terminal Manager.

• Team Supervision: Direct, schedule, and monitor internal security / security guards/ officers during their shifts. observe and provide instructions to guard mounting and post inspections.

• Company compliance Reporting- Consolidate security reports, incident logs accomplishments, Submit trimestral report - year end reports.

• Security Plan Management: Create, Develop, implement, and update the PFSP; conduct regular security assessments and audits.

• Ensure security measures are in place for the three (3) ISPS security levels. Coordinate response to security threats, breaches, and incidents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree

• At least 2-3 yrs of related experience as safety officer

• With related experience, training, and license as Security Officer, Emergency Response and First Aid Training.

• Willing to work at Bauan, Batangas

• Can start ASAP
