TheRegionalProtective Services Specialistis responsible for protectingthe company’s people, property, information, and reputation in the Philippines.The Protective Services Manager is responsible for, but not limited to, thefollowing:

• Assist the GAP-RPS Lead in:
• Establishing, maintaining andimplementing security and safety procedures and policies;
• Monitoring Geo Politicalevents / natural disaster and determine impact on company offices;
• Coordinating multifunctionalcrises management during incidents; and
• Reviewing the security andsafety equipment in the facility design phase.
• Be the escalation point forissues on security and safety in his assigned cluster / sites;
• Carry out physical securityreviews;
• Supervise executive protectionoperations and special events security;
• Supervise operations of thePhilippine Security Operations Center (PSOC);
• Liaise with counter parts inother organizations and other interested parties i.e. BCMS OC and ISMS;
• Perform Watch Officer duty in company's Watch Officer Program;
• Provide client presentationsduring visits and audits; and
• When required, perform nightduty at the Philippine Security Operations Center (PSOC)
• Active member of BehavioralThreat Assessment Team (BTAT)
• Perform other duties asassigned
