Job summary

Recruitify_HR is looking for Technical Support personnel located in Taguig, Metro Manila. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in Technical Support, proficiency in the Polish language, and the adaptability to work onsite. Responsibilities include resolving customer issues, responding to inquiries, and collaborating with management and clients. Native foreign nationals with valid permits in the Philippines are encouraged to apply and relocation assistance is offered.

Qualifications

With or without Service Desk Experience.
At least 2 years of experience in Technical Support.
Can speak, read, and write in the Polish Language.
Native foreign nationals with valid PRV/TRV and current residence in the Philippines.
Must be an immediate joiner.

Responsibilities

Resolve issues utilizing excellent customer service skills.
Receive and respond to user inquiries via telephone, email, or case-tracking system.
Work with management and clients to resolve requests satisfactorily.
Produce quality work and ensure fast turnaround.
Maintain quality standards in accordance with agreed metrics.
