Job summary

Recruitify_HR in the Philippines seeks a technical support specialist fluent in Polish to join our onsite team in Taguig or Ortigas. You will resolve issues with high-quality customer service, respond to inquiries via phone and email, and collaborate with management and colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role requires at least 2 years in technical support, a valid PRV/TRV or Filipino citizenship, and an immediate joiner. Relocation assistance is offered for suitable candidates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support.
• Polish language proficiency (spoken, written, and reading).
• Filipino citizens residing in the Philippines or native foreign nationals with valid PRV/TRV and current residence in the Philippines.
• Bachelor’s/College degree or higher in any field.
• C1 level proficiency or higher for non-natives.
• Open to relocating with relocation assistance/package.
• Onsite work in Taguig or Ortigas.
• Immediate joiner.

Responsibilities

• Resolve issues using strong customer service and problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Receive and respond to user inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing system professionally and accurately.
• Collaborate with local management, colleagues and clients at all levels to resolve requests to the customer’s satisfaction.
• Produce quality work and results with fast and accurate turnaround.
• Escalate issues following agreed procedures and appropriate guidelines.
• Maintain mastery of all tools and stay updated on products, policies, and procedures.
• Attend planned meetings and report feedback and potential improvements to management.
