Job summary

You will work with business experts to ensure procedures are easy to follow and consistently applied across teams, meeting regulatory, risk, and policy requirements.

You will collaborate across management levels to structure and update strategic policy documents, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to translate complex operational and technical concepts into clear and concise procedures.
• Demonstrated analytical capability and meticulous attention to detail to deconstruct end-to-end processes, identify gaps and produce accurate, compliant documentation.
• Strong prioritization, planning, and organizational skills to manage competing deadlines, maintain version control, and deliver multiple procedure updates concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven stakeholder management and problem-solving skills to partner across functions, ask probing questions, drive alignment, and build trust with process owners and reviewers.

Responsibilities

• Create, update and refine strategic policy and procedure documentation in defined templates.
• Analyze and structure content using guiding principles to present information clearly for users.
• Engage with all levels of management and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and approvals.
• Identify cross-team impacts and communicate needs to peers and superiors for alignment.
• Manage and prioritize work to best service internal customers.
