Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Manila seeks a Technical Writer for middle-office procedure documentation and change management. You will work with product teams and subject-matter experts to produce accurate, standardized content and support the annual attestation process.

You will partner across teams to ensure audit-ready documentation, version control, and timely delivery while aligning with documentation standards and content guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in client service/operations or similar in financial services.
• Experience writing procedure documentation (SOPs and process docs).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Stakeholder management and clear communication.
• Project management and risk awareness.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Knowledge of document lifecycle (versioning, reviews, attestation, archiving).
• On-site in the Philippines Corporate Center on 5:00 PM–2:00 AM Manila shift.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake and workflow for procedure requests and assign change requests to writers and consultants.
• Write, revise, and standardize procedure documents with product teams and SMEs.
• Validate content for accuracy, clarity, and alignment to standards and style.
• Coordinate periodic reviews and the annual document attestation process.
• Maintain document version control and archival lifecycle.
• Partner across teams to deliver high-quality documentation.
• Research inquiries related to treasury products, client onboarding, and account activity.
• Prioritize inquiries to ensure visibility, traction, and timely resolution.
• Communicate status and escalate risks when needed.
• Produce BAU reporting and content uplift metrics.
• Identify process improvements and recommend streamlining enhancements.
