Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in client service, operations, technology, sales support, or portfolio support within financial services
• Proven technical writing experience producing procedure documents
• Strong written and verbal English communication with attention to detail

• Manage intake and assign change requests to writers and consultants
• Write, revise, and standardize procedure documents with SMEs
• Validate content for accuracy and alignment to standards
• Coordinate annual document attestation and reviews
• Maintain version control and document lifecycle
• Partner across teams to deliver high-quality documentation
• Research inquiries related to treasury products and services
• Prioritize inquiries and changes to ensure visibility and timely resolution
• Communicate status and risks clearly to stakeholders
• Produce reporting and metrics for transparency and improvement
• Identify process improvements and recommend streamlining enhancements
