Job summary

Melco Resorts & Entertainment Limited in Manila is seeking a Supervisor, Poker Room to assist the Assistant Manager in overseeing poker room operations, ensuring a secure, friendly atmosphere and guest satisfaction. You will supervise games and tournaments, enforce house rules, train staff, and coordinate table assignments while responding to guest inquiries.

The role requires flexibility with shifts, including nights and holidays.

Qualifications

Minimum two years as poker dealer and competent in dealing the game.
Tertiary education is preferred but not essential.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
Experience in the Asian gaming market is desirable.
Sound knowledge of poker games variety.

Responsibilities

Ensure poker games and tournaments run smoothly following rules and regulations.
Monitor and enforce house rules to maintain game integrity.
Ensure dealers collect correct rakes for each game dealt on the table.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints and disputes professionally and timely.
Train and mentor poker room staff to uphold service standards and game integrity.
Create games and assign guests to tables according to wait list.
Assist guest registrations.
