Job summary

Podcast Network Asia is seeking a proactive Talent Manager to lead podcaster onboarding, roster engagement, and creator development. You will be the primary advocate and strategic partner for our network's hosts, ensuring seamless show launches and strong talent retention.

You will collaborate with Brand Partnerships and Account Management to pitch talent for sponsorships and campaigns, while organizing workshops and knowledge-sharing to help creators scale listenership and commercial value.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of proven experience in talent management or related fields.
• Familiar with Philippine podcasting and creator economy landscapes.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with diverse creator personalities.
• Experience managing rosters, contracts, and multi-show campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard podcasters and media personalities to join the roster.
• Advise on audience growth, content strategy, and show production best practices.
• Collaborate with Brand Partnerships and Account Management on sponsorships and ad integrations.
• Manage onboarding workflows, talent agreements, and performance check-ins.
• Foster community through network updates, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
