Qualifications

• 2+ years in outreach, BD, or marketing in podcasting or speaking.
• Strong network in podcasting community and platforms familiarity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to craft outreach messages for hosts and organizers.
• Proficient with CRM tools, social media, and email marketing software.
• Highly organized with multiple campaigns.
• Self-motivated with proactive relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with podcast hosts, influencers, and event organizers.
• Secure speaking engagements and podcast guest opportunities for the team and clients.
• Develop and execute outreach campaigns across channels and platforms.
