Podcast Network Asia is seeking an ambitious Business Development Associate to drive revenue by prospecting corporate sponsors, pitching media integrations, and developing sponsorship proposals. You will work with sales leadership and Account Managers to convert brand interest into long-term partnerships.

Candidates should have 1–2 years in B2B sales and a solid understanding of digital advertising, branded content, and influencer marketing.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, media agency sales, advertising partnerships, or business development.
• Basic understanding of digital advertising, branded content, influencer marketing, social media campaigns, or audio-video media platforms.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills; confident in pitching to brand marketers and decision-makers.
• Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion, or Google Sheets) and presentation tools.
• Proactive, target-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, qualify, and initiate outreach to potential corporate sponsors and brand marketers.
• Assist in developing customized sales decks, campaign proposals, and media rate cards.
• Maintain 100% accurate CRM records (deal stages, contact details, pipeline value, next actions).
• Conduct discovery calls to understand marketing objectives, demographics, and KPIs.
• Partner with AMs/CSMs to hand off signed deals to production smoothly with brand specs.
• Stay updated on digital media advertising trends and Southeast Asia market budgets.
