Qualifications

Responsibilities

Show & Creator Coordination: act as the operational contact for podcast shows and coordinate between creators and internal teams.
Onboarding & Show Launch: guide podcasters through network workflows and RSS configurations.
Content Publishing & Distribution: manage end-to-end publishing across audio and social platforms.
Copywriting & Content Asset Messaging: write engaging copy for episode descriptions and social captions.
Cross-Functional Production Alignment: coordinate sponsorship deliverables and show production timelines.
Escalation & Issue Resolution: identify bottlenecks and implement operational solutions.
