Job summary

Abenson Ventures, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Engineer to plan, oversee, and manage maintenance and construction of facility systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural components in our Philippines-based operations.

You will monitor building performance, ensure regulatory compliance, collaborate with contractors, and drive safety, maintenance programs, and documentation across projects. Strong communication and project-management skills are essential, with proficiency in AutoCAD

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of facilities engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee maintenance and construction of facility systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural components.
• Monitor and manage building performance, preventive maintenance schedules, and system upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and facility issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with local and state regulations including safety, environmental, and building codes.
• Maintain accurate documentation for equipment, inspections, permits, and warranties.
• Collaborate with contractors, architects, and vendors during facility renovations or construction projects.
• Support emergency preparedness and response related to facility operations.
