This is a Facilities Engineering role responsible for planning, overseeing, and managing the maintenance and construction of facility systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural components. The role involved monitoring building performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with contractors and vendors on facility projects.
Plan and oversee maintenance and construction of facility systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural components
Monitor and manage building performance, preventive maintenance schedules, and system upgrades
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and facility issues promptly
Ensure compliance with local and state regulations including safety, environmental, and building codes
Maintain accurate documentation for equipment, inspections, permits, and warranties
Collaborate with contractors, architects, and vendors during facility renovations or construction projects
Support emergency preparedness and response related to facility operations
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in facilities engineering, building maintenance, or related areas
Knowledge of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical
Strong problem-solving and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools is a plus
