Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial engineering or related field.
  • Professional license is an advantage but not required.
  • Experience in facilities engineering, building maintenance, or property management is preferred.
  • Knowledge of MEP and HVAC systems and preventive maintenance practices.
  • Good organization, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and perform preventive and corrective maintenance for building systems and facility equipment.
  • Monitor the condition and performance of MEP and HVAC systems.
  • Inspect equipment and identify maintenance requirements.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and system concerns and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support installation, testing, and commissioning of facility equipment and systems.
  • Maintain maintenance records, inspection reports, and preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Monitor spare parts and coordinate replenishment as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to complete maintenance tasks.
  • Assist in implementing maintenance programs to improve reliability and efficiency.
  • Follow company policies and safety procedures.

Job Summary

The Facilities Engineer is responsible for supporting the maintenance, operation, and continuous improvement of building systems and facility equipment. The role focuses on maintaining reliable facility operations through preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and coordination of repair activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and perform preventive and corrective maintenance for building systems and facility equipment.
  • Monitor the condition and performance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and HVAC systems.
  • Inspect equipment and identify maintenance requirements.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and system concerns and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
  • Support the installation, testing, and commissioning of facility equipment and systems.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspection reports, and preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Monitor spare parts and maintenance supplies and coordinate replenishment as needed.
  • Work with internal teams and external service providers to complete maintenance activities.
  • Assist in implementing maintenance programs that improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
  • Follow company policies, workplace safety procedures, and applicable regulations.
  • Perform other related duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional license is an advantage but not required.
  • Experience in facilities engineering, building maintenance, property management, or a similar technical role is preferred.
  • Knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC systems, and preventive maintenance practices.Ability to identify and resolve equipment-related concerns.
  • Good organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar office applications.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
