International Marketing Group (IMG) Insurance Brokers Corp. seeks a Project Management Head to lead planning, budgeting, and execution of engineering projects, including new constructions, renovations, and infrastructure upgrades.
You will supervise end-to-end construction activities, manage costs, and ensure compliance with codes and internal standards. You will head a team of project engineers and technicians, coordinate with procurement, admin, and finance, and report progress against KRAs
The Project Management Head is a managerial position responsible for planning, budgeting, and executing all engineering-related projects including new constructions, renovations, and infrastructure upgrades. This role involves end-to-end supervision of construction and renovation projects, oversight of repair and maintenance activities, cost management, team leadership, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and internal standards.
Plan, budget, and execute all engineering-related projects including new constructions, renovations, and infrastructure upgrades in collaboration with the Lead Architect
Supervise end-to-end execution of construction and renovation projects across various facilities, monitoring work progress, quality, safety, and compliance with building codes
Oversee regular and emergency maintenance activities for all facilities, including HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and civil structures
Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and tender documents; conduct cost planning, budgeting, and value engineering
Evaluate and compare contractor and vendor quotations; monitor project expenditure and ensure alignment with approved budgets
Manage interim and final payments to contractors and suppliers in line with work progress and contract terms
Lead and manage internal teams including project engineers, technicians, and site supervisors
Coordinate with procurement, admin, and finance teams for timely resource availability
Track all project and maintenance work against defined KRAs and KPIs; maintain up-to-date records and progress reports
Ensure all projects and maintenance activities comply with relevant statutory regulations, safety norms, and internal standards
Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
5 years of experience in construction and procurement
Strong project management and leadership skills
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination abilities
Deep understanding of building systems - HVAC, MEP, civil, and structural elements
Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach
Ability to manage vendors, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs)
