Job summary

WTW is seeking a PMO-focused Project Manager to lead cross-practice and operational projects within Outsourcing NA. The role emphasizes process improvement, efficient procedures, and AI-enabled initiatives, collaborating with business leadership on key projects within a hybrid setup.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in PM, and strong MS Office/Project skills, with PMO experience and relationship-management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in project management.
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Project.
• Experience working within a PMO environment is a plus.
• Interest in or exposure to AI-enabled tools and process automation is a plus.
• Relationship management experience in a cross-functional environment with a demonstrated ability to bring peers and partners together for the successful implementation of initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements for each project.
• Schedule and facilitate project kick-off and ongoing meetings.
• Provide project status updates to PMO, leadership and PMO dashboard.
• Own the communication plan and project plan.
• Manage projects within timelines and budgets.
• Track deliverables and tasks from resources.
• Foster collaboration and positive team experience.
• Track risks, mitigate risks and escalate issues.
• Maintain client, contract, vendor and colleague data.
• Deliver ongoing operational reports to the business.
