Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is seeking a Project Manager for the PMO to oversee cross-practice projects and ongoing operational support within Outsourcing North America. You will manage multiple initiatives, drive AI-enabled process improvements, and ensure alignment with leadership and the PMO dashboard.

Responsibilities include kicking off projects, maintaining communication plans, and delivering on time and budget while fostering collaboration across teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years of experience in project management.
• Advanced knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Project.
• PMO experience is a plus; AI-related initiatives encouraged.
• Strong relationship management across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to balance tactical delivery with strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-practice project management efforts in PMO.
• Facilitate kick-offs and ongoing project meetings.
• Publish project status updates to leadership and dashboards.
• Own communications plans and project plans.
• Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with leaders to coordinate AI initiatives.
