Job summary

WTW is seeking a Project Manager for the PMO to lead cross-practice and AI-enabled initiatives within Outsourcing North America. You will coordinate project plans, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications across functions to drive efficiency and value.

You will also lead kickoff meetings, provide status updates, manage risks, and partner with business leaders to drive successful implementations and continuous process improvement in a fast-paced, global team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of experience in project management.
• Experience in a PMO environment is a plus.
• Interest in AI-enabled tools and process automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gain understanding of business requirements for each project.
• Schedule and facilitate kickoff meetings and ongoing meetings.
• Provide project status updates to PMO and leadership.
• Own the communication plan and project plan.
• Manage projects within timelines and budgets.
• Track deliverables and resources assigned to projects.
• Foster collaboration and positive team experience.
• Identify risks and mitigations; escalate issues as needed.
• Support AI-related projects in alignment with broader strategy.
