Job summary

Intro Recruitment Asia is seeking a Project Manager to join our Night Shift team supporting a US-based Outsourcing North America business. You will lead cross-practice initiatives, including AI-enabled process improvements, while coordinating with PMO leadership and stakeholders.

The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent and at least 3 years of project management experience. Strong MS Office and Project skills, plus excellent communication and collaboration abilities, are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-practice projects from kickoff to delivery, managing timelines, budgets, and risks.
• Partner with business and PMO leadership on AI-related initiatives aligning with strategy.
• Own project status reporting to leadership and the PMO dashboard.
• Manage operational support work across health, pension, and service center functions.
• Maintain client, contract, vendor, and colleague data.
• Support SOC/audit compliance, user access tools, and shared platforms.
• Build strong relationships across teams and advise business leaders.
