Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a PMO professional to support planning, coordination, and delivery of projects in the Philippines. You will work with project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to monitor progress and ensure deliverables and timelines are met.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, experience in PMO or project coordination, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies is a plus.

Qualifications

Experience in PMO, project coordination or similar roles.
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor project activities, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Prepare and maintain project reports, dashboards, trackers, and documentation.
Work with project teams and stakeholders to track progress and follow up on actions.
Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and delays; escalate when needed.
Support project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
Ensure compliance with project management processes, standards and governance.
Provide administrative support to PMO team.
