Qualifications

• PMO, project coordination or project management experience.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Waterfall.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor project activities, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Prepare and maintain project reports, dashboards, trackers, and documentation.
• Work with project teams and stakeholders to track progress and follow up on actions.
• Monitor risks, issues, dependencies and delays; escalate concerns when needed.
• Support project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure compliance with PM processes, standards and governance.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to PMO team.
