The role will work closely with project managers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to monitor project progress, maintain documentation, and ensure key deliverables and timelines are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor project activities, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Prepare and maintain project reports, dashboards, trackers, and documentation.
• Work closely with project teams and stakeholders to track progress and follow up on action items.
• Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and potential delays, and escalate concerns when needed.
• Support project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure compliance with project management processes, standards, and governance requirements.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to Project Managers and the PMO team.

Qualifications:

• Experience in PMO, project coordination, project management, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
