Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a PMO professional to support planning, coordination, and delivery of projects in the Philippines. You will work with project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to monitor progress and ensure deliverables and timelines are met.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, experience in PMO or project coordination, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies is a plus.

• Support project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications.

• Provide administrative and coordination support to Project Managers and the PMO team.
