Job summary

Anglicotech Philippines, Inc. is seeking a full-time PMO Analyst/Scheduler/Configuration Manager to create and maintain a single, authoritative project-control view for schedule, actions, risks, decisions, deliverables, and resources in Manila-based programs.

This role requires advanced Excel and PowerPoint, plus hands-on use of scheduling tools (MS Project or Primavera). You will build WBS schedules, RAID logs, dashboards, and controlled documentation while coordinating with government partners

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency required.
• Experience building WBS-based schedules, RAID logs, dashboards, and document-control systems.
• Excellent written English and ability to produce executive-ready materials under tight deadlines.
• Willing to work full-time in Metro Manila and on-site at Government sites.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive government information.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the WBS and integrated master schedule, dependencies, critical path, milestones, baselines, forecasts, and changes.
• Run weekly status collection and challenge unsupported percent-complete or forecast claims.
• Maintain risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, decisions, actions, data requests, and change requests.
• Control document metadata, versions, review cycles, comments, release status, and archival records.
• Produce dashboards, milestone views, meeting packs, decision logs, and concise schedule/resource analyses.
• Track consultant hours and deliverables against work authorizations; flag overruns.
• Support workshops, capture decisions and actions, and update baselines accordingly.
• Maintain auditable links among MOC requirements, schedule work packages, and accepted products.
