Job summary

Umpisa Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a proactive PMO Analyst to support the Change Design & Delivery department.

You will help establish governance, track project documentation, scheduling, and reporting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients. The role emphasizes governance, centralized program support, and continuous improvement, with responsibilities spanning KPIs, risk monitoring, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least 2 years of full-time PMO/Project Manager experience in financial services, banking, or insurance.
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Iterative Waterfall.
• Strong knowledge of MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage complex application projects and work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain comprehensive project governance frameworks.
• Develop and implement standardized processes, templates, and escalation procedures.
• Define and monitor KPIs for program workstreams.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide tools, templates, and best practices to project workstreams.
• Facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams.
• Support delivery managers in resolving issues and escalating concerns.
• Monitor milestones and proactively identify risks and issues.
• Prepare and deliver status reports on risks, issues, and milestones to senior management.
• Communicate updates to stakeholders clearly and consistently.
• Interface with senior leadership to align expectations and communicate progress.
• Address concerns, resolve conflicts, and maintain stakeholder confidence.
• Analyze performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and quality.
• Design and facilitate training to build project management capability.
