Job summary

Asia PeopleWorks Inc. is seeking a Regional PMO Coordinator in Makati to manage project coordination across sites. You will consolidate updates, maintain dashboards, and support PMs with milestones, budgets, and risks.

The role requires 1–3 years’ PMO experience, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and familiarity with MS Project or Primavera. On-site work in Metro Manila with competitive incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• PMI Certification is an advantage.
• 1–3 years’ experience in project coordination or PMO support role, preferably in solar, renewable energy, or construction industries.
• Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
• Experience handling multiple projects or multi-site operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects and track progress across sites within the assigned area.
• Consolidate weekly and monthly project updates including schedule, budget, progress, and risks.
• Maintain and update regional project dashboard and portfolio tracker.
• Support PMs in monitoring milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Track contractor performance and follow up on actions and deadlines.
• Prepare regional PMO reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Ensure accuracy of project documentation and version control.
• Support submission of progress reports to clients or authorities when required.
• Coordinate governance, compliance reviews and lessons‑learned sessions.
• Facilitate meetings between PMO, site teams, and external stakeholders.
• Monitor regional resource allocation and analyze KPIs and budgets.
