Job summary

Umpisa Inc. is seeking a proactive PMO Analyst to support the Change Design & Delivery department.

The role focuses on governance, centralized program support, and effective communication with senior leadership and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years PMO experience in financial services, banking, or insurance, with strong Agile/Scrum skills and proficiency in MS Project, Jira, and Confluence.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 2 years of full-time experience as a Project Manager in financial services, banking, or insurance.
• PMO Experience: Proven experience managing PMO functions in enterprise-level programs.
• Methodologies: Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Iterative Waterfall.
• Tools: Strong knowledge of MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent platforms.
• Skills: Ability to manage complex application projects and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain comprehensive project governance frameworks.
• Develop and implement standardized processes, templates, and escalation procedures.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for program workstreams.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized PMO Analyst to support the CDD (Change Design & Delivery) department. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with administrative responsibilities such as tracking project documentation, scheduling, and reporting, and will possess strong communication skills necessary for the role’s collaborative and cross-functional nature.

Responsibilities include establishing project governance frameworks, providing centralized support, and driving continuous program improvement. The PMO collaborates with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

Project Governance

• Establish and maintain comprehensive project governance frameworks.
