Umpisa Inc. in Manila seeks a seasoned IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery using Agile and Waterfall methodologies across software development, product development, and digital transformation initiatives.

You will plan, monitor, and close projects within scope, budget, and schedule, coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders while ensuring quality and governance. Strong communication and PMP/CSM/PSM preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in IT Project Management, Delivery Management, or Program Management.
Proven experience managing end-to-end IT projects using Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall.
Strong knowledge of project management principles, lifecycle, risk, scope, budget, and resource planning.
Experience with cross-functional teams and stakeholder engagement.
Familiarity with SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD and software development best practices.
Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end project delivery using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects within scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives.
Develop, maintain, and secure approvals for Project Plans and Work Plans.
Prepare and present Project Status Reports with updates on schedule, scope, risks, and health.
Monitor and track project budgets, costs, and resource utilization.
Identify, document, assess, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for successful delivery.
Allocate resources to optimize delivery and team performance.
