We are seeking a proactive and highly organized PMO Analyst to support the Change Design & Delivery (CDD) department. The ideal candidate will handle project governance, centralized program support, and rigorous reporting to keep projects on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of full-time PMO experience in financial services, banking, or insurance.
• Proven experience managing PMO functions in enterprise-level programs.
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Iterative Waterfall.
• Strong knowledge of MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain comprehensive project governance frameworks.
• Develop standardized processes, templates, and escalation procedures.
• Define and monitor KPIs for program workstreams.
• Ensure adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide tools, templates, and best practices to project workstreams.
• Facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams.
• Support delivery managers in resolving issues and escalating concerns.
• Monitor milestones and identify risks and issues proactively.
• Prepare and deliver status reports to senior management.
• Engage with senior leadership to align expectations and progress.
