Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience as a PMO Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
• Proven experience in report generation.
• Experience in foreign asset inventory management.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and maintains effective coordination with other departments and divisions.
• Maintains division training plans and monitors training execution.
• Consolidates and generates division-level reports.
• Enforces quality standards, process improvements, continuous improvement initiatives, and audit finding closure.
• Tracks department activities and deliverables.
• Assists department head in personnel management, budgeting versus actuals, recruitment workflow, training monitoring, and performance appraisal processes.
• Collaborates with heads to improve division delivery outcomes and team engagement.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
