Job summary

Umpisa Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to drive project success. You will organize deliverables from kickoff to closure, ensuring alignment with objectives and client expectations.

You will coordinate across teams, manage risks and schedules, and support release management in collaboration with business units and clients. A strong Agile and Waterfall background is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in Technical Delivery Management, or Delivery Management.
• Proven experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, lifecycle, risk, scope, budget, and resource planning.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and coordinate with key project stakeholders.
• Assist in prioritization of IT projects as part of the business planning/demand planning cycle.
• Align with the CLIENT's product and project managers on outcomes and timelines.
• Track and report project progress to CLIENT's stakeholders.
• Manage project closure and document lessons learned.
• Coordinate product release management with business units and stakeholders.
