Job summary

FantasyWorld is seeking a friendly and proactive Guest Service Attendant to welcome guests, provide information on attractions and safety rules, and assist families. You will help with ticketing, wristbands, and admissions while maintaining cleanliness and safety in the play areas.

Training will be provided for success in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates are customer-oriented, patient, and capable of working flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Senior High School graduates are preferred; college graduates are welcome.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Friendly, energetic, patient, and approachable.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends and holidays.
• Physically able to stand and move around.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
• Provide information about FantasyWorld's attractions, activities, rules, and safety guidelines.
• Assist children, parents, and guardians with inquiries and concerns.
• Monitor play areas and ensure guests follow safety rules.
• Report accidents or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of playground and assigned areas.
• Assist with ticketing, cashiering, and admission procedures when assigned.
• Ensure proper wristband issuance and scanning per policies.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and refer unresolved issues.
• Assist with inventory and replenishment of supplies.
• Support store activities, events, promotions, and other activities.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and ensure areas are prepared.
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
