Job summary

FantasyWorld is seeking a Service Crew member to deliver excellent guest service and ensure a safe, enjoyable experience. You will assist guests, monitor play areas, and support daily store operations while upholding safety rules and company policies.

The role involves welcoming guests, handling ticketing and transactions when needed, and maintaining clean, organized spaces for families and visitors. Weekend and holiday shifts are expected.

Qualifications

Senior High School graduation or higher; college-level applicants welcome.
Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or entertainment operations.
Friendly, approachable, patient, and customer-oriented.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
Provide information about attractions, activities, and facility rules.
Monitor play areas to ensure safety rules are followed.
Provide instructions on proper use of playground equipment and attractions.
Report accidents, injuries, damaged equipment, and hazards to the OIC.
Handle ticketing, admission, cashiering, and POS transactions when assigned.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of play areas and waiting spaces.
Address customer complaints professionally and refer unresolved issues to the Store Manager.
