Job summary

FantasyWorld is seeking a Service Crew member to provide exceptional guest service and support daily operations. You will help guests, especially families and kids, enjoy a safe, memorable experience while obeying safety standards.

You will assist with information, tickets, and payments, monitor attractions and play areas, and contribute to promotions and events. A friendly, patient, and team-oriented attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Senior High School graduate or equivalent; college level is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, retail, F&B, hospitality, or entertainment is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; friendly and patient with families.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide information about attractions, activities, and safety rules.
• Assist children, parents, and guardians with their needs.
• Monitor play areas to ensure guest safety.
• Give safety reminders before using attractions.
• Handle ticketing, cashiering, and POS transactions when needed.
• Keep areas clean, safe, and organized.
• Report any damage or safety hazards to the OIC or Store Manager.
• Support promotions, events, and special activities.
• Address customer concerns professionally and escalate serious issues as needed.
