Job summary

Select Goods is hiring a Service Crew for FantasyWorld in Makati to deliver friendly guest service, assist families, and support daily operations while upholding safety standards.

You will welcome guests, provide information about attractions, monitor areas, assist with ticketing, and help with promotions and events. Strong communication and reliability, plus willingness to work shifts, are essential.

Qualifications

• At least Senior High School Graduate; college level or graduate is an advantage.
• With or without experience in customer service, retail, F&B, hospitality, or entertainment.
• Friendly, approachable, patient, and comfortable interacting with children and families.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-service oriented and a good team player.
• Responsible, reliable, and willing to learn.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and overtime when required.
• Comfortable standing and moving around for extended periods.
• Willing to undergo training and follow company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide information and assistance regarding FantasyWorld attractions, activities, and safety rules.
• Assist children, parents, and guardians with their needs and concerns.
• Monitor assigned play areas and attractions to ensure guest safety.
• Provide proper instructions and safety reminders before guests use attractions.
• Assist with ticketing, cashiering, and POS transactions when assigned.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness, safety, and organization of assigned areas.
• Check attractions and equipment and immediately report any damage, malfunction, or safety hazard to the OIC or Store Manager.
• Assist with promotions, events, and special activities.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and elevate serious concerns to the OIC or Store Manager.
