FantasyWorld in the Philippines is seeking a Service Crew member to deliver friendly guest service, assist families, and support daily operations while upholding safety standards.

You will help guests with attractions information, handle ticketing when needed, maintain clean and safe areas, and escalate concerns to supervisors. This role suits those with a positive attitude and strong teamwork, available for shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have a customer-service orientation and be comfortable interacting with guests.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are required.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide information and assistance regarding attractions, activities, and safety rules.
• Assist children, parents, and guardians with their needs and concerns.
• Monitor play areas and attractions to ensure guest safety.
• Provide instructions and safety reminders before guests use attractions.
• Assist with ticketing, cashiering, and POS transactions when assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of assigned areas.
• Report damage, malfunction, or safety hazards to the OIC or Store Manager.
• Assist with promotions, events, and special activities.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and elevate serious concerns to the OIC or Store Manager.
