Job summary

Select Goods in the Philippines seeks a guest services associate for a family-friendly entertainment venue. You will warmly welcome visitors, share information on attractions, and assist parents and guardians with inquiries while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

The role requires strong communication, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Training will be provided, and shifts include weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least a Senior High School graduate; college graduates are welcome to apply.
• With or without experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or entertainment operations.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Friendly, energetic, patient, and approachable.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable interacting with children, parents, and families.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically fit and able to stand or move around for extended periods.
• Willing to undergo training and follow company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
• Provide information about FantasyWorld's attractions, activities, rules, and safety guidelines.
• Assist children, parents, and guardians with their inquiries and concerns.
• Monitor assigned play areas and ensure guests follow safety rules and procedures.
• Provide instructions to guests before they use playground equipment and attractions.
• Report accidents, injuries, damaged equipment, and safety hazards to the OIC or Store Manager.
• Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the playground and assigned areas.
• Assist with ticketing, cashiering, POS transactions, and admission procedures when assigned.
• Ensure proper wristband issuance, scanning, and monitoring in accordance with company policies.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and refer unresolved concerns to the supervisor.
• Assist with inventory checking and replenishment of supplies and materials.
• Support store activities, events, promotions, and other special activities.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and ensure assigned areas are properly prepared.
• Follow company policies, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain proper grooming, hygiene, and professional appearance at all times.- Perform other duties assigned by the OIC, Store Manager, or management
